Rylstim Budget is a program for tracking current expenses and revenues and planning the future ones. Rylstim Budget will help you keep an account of your personal finances or the finances of a small business.

Rylstim Budget is different since it has a built-in calendar, which we suggest you to use for all transactions. By using the calendar, you decrease the risk of mistakenly scheduling business expenses on a holiday; you will be able to easily determine the third Monday of any month or calculate five business days after the current date. When there is a calendar in front of you, you wont have to spend time for such little things.

Was or wasnot ?

Starting with version 2.x, Rylstim Budget allows you to mark all performed transactions. At program startup Rylstim Budget will find all transactions which expired (last month, yesterday or a minute ago), remind you about them and prompt to fix it.

Charts

Is it easier to view your financial situation on a chart in the moment of planning, or trying to remember all digits for every day? To understand which day should be used to plan a purchase, just have a look at the chart at the left part of the main program window.

Open the "Category charts" window and the program will provide you with information about revenues and expenses splitting them into separate categories. Moreover, you can get this information not only for the selected day but for any period of time.

The statistics window will help you to overview the project state. By moving the mouse pointer over any point in the chart you will easily find out to which date and sum it corresponds.

Get rid of what you don't need

Do you want to concentrate on a specific account for some time? It’s no problem, 1-2 mouse clicks is enough to hide the data from unnecessary accounts. The data is filtered not only in the main calendar, but also in charts and reports.

Print

Rylstim Budget allows you to print:
Calendar for any month.
List of transactions for any month.
List of transactions for any day.
Final report based on the whole project.
